Beyondsoft Expands ERP Services by Acquiring Unis Consulting (January, 2008)

BEIJING, China, January 24, 2008 - Beyondsoft Corporation ("Beyondsoft"), one of Asia's most experienced outsourcing service providers, announced that it has completed the acquisition of Unis Biz Consulting (Beijing) Co. Ltd. (Unis Consulting), a China-based leading technology consulting company.
?The transaction brings an experienced company that specializes in enterprise application consulting and implementation into the Beyondsoft fold. With operations in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, Unis Consulting is recognized as China's "Top 10 IT Consulting & Service Provider". As an "SAP Gold Channel Partner", Unis Consulting has been honored as the best channel partner and best implementation service provider by "SAP Gold Channel Partner" for four consecutive years beginning in 2004.

The acquisition comes as Beyondsoft is accelerating its efforts to further enhance its ITO capabilities, especially its expertise in packaged software customization and implementation. The deal will enable Beyondsoft to offer its global clients full cycle end-to-end application services and solutions, from training and consulting to integration and implementation.
