Beyondsoft Names 30-year Industry Veteran Raymond Yim Chiu as COO (July, 2007)

BEIJING, China, July 26, 2007 / Beyondsoft Corporation ("Beyondsoft"), one of Asia's most experienced outsourcing service providers, today announced the appointment of Mr. Raymond Yim Chiu as Chief Operations Officer of the company.

Announcing the appointment, Mr. Ben Wang, Founder and CEO of Beyondsoft, said, "We are delighted to have such an outstanding industry executive on board the Beyondsoft team. Raymond's extensive global business and operational experience will bring great benefits to the Company. A veteran of the IT industry, Mr. Chiu's 30-year career is studded with an impressive set of achievements. He has accumulated rich expertise in the P&L and operations management of the global business units of MNCs, particularly in the Asia-Pacific Region. He also brings to Beyondsoft a wealth of experience in other key fields, including marketing, business development, engineering, M&A and venture investment, and government relations management.

Prior to joining Beyondsoft, Mr. Chiu was CEO of Appeon Corporation, a Shenzhen-based migration tool platform and service company. Within two years, he had transformed the company from a tool product business into an ADM service provider while driving down costs and bringing about exponential business growth.

Before taking the helm at Appeon, Mr. Chiu worked for Sybase for over seven years. As Corporate Vice President, he was responsible for marketing for the Asia-Pacific Region. He was also charged with business development for the wireless and telecom vertical industries. While stationed in Beijing, Mr. Chiu headed up the Sybase China Strategic Initiatives Office managing government relations, the 2008 Olympic Project, and M&A and venture investment.

Mr. Chiu has also held the posts of Asia-Pacific Regional VP for Siemens Nixdorf Corporation's Open Enterprise Computing Business, VP of Pyramid Technology's Asia Pacific operations, and COO of Wong's Electronics Corporation.

Mr. Chiu earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering Technology at the California State University, San Luis Obispo. He also holds an MBA in Management and Strategic Scanning from Pepperdine University, Malibu, California.
