Japan-China Bridge Fund Invests in Beyondsoft Corporation

June 23, 2005, Dalian--A joint investment term sheet agreement is signed today between Beyondsoft Corporation (hereafter as “Beyondsoft?, Japan-China Bridge Fund whose management company is TOA Capital Corporation, and its strategic partner Synapse Co.
