August 19, 2012 Beyondsoft announced that it has entered into an agreement with Achievo Corporation to acquire 100% shares of its six wholly-owned subsidiaries. On November 20th, Beyondsoft has completed its acquisition of five subsidiaries of Achievo Corporation, which has significantly strengthened Beyondsoft’s leadership in IT consulting and outsourcing services industry.
