On March 7th, 2014, Beyondsoft announced that it has entered into an agreement with Shanghai Hongzhi Information Technology Co. , Ltd. to acquire 100% shares of the company.

Headquartered in Shanghai, Hongzhi focused on Consulting Services, Software Product, IT Services, Application Development, Maintenance Services, System Integration and other value-added services with financial institutes and government departments. The acquisition will strengthen Beyondsoft ability on Banking and Finance, and will complete the transition from traditional outsourcing business to industry solutions and big data field.
