On March 22nd, Beyondsoft announced that it has completed the acquisition of a U.S. high-end IT service company The Portal Group(TPG) Consulting LLC.

The Portal Group Consulting Firm was founded by leaders who understand how to develop teams that provide organizations with high quality and low cost solutions. The acauisition will supplement Beyondsoft IT consulting business ability on North America.
